Fixes the classname of the BlurayDirectoryIterator filter. Updates the filter to accept only directories that contain a BDAV/BDMV subdirectory, similar to the VIDEO_TS directory found in DVD sources.
Added placeholder Source/Worker plugins for ripping Bluray items. Added placeholder iterator filter to accept only Bluray sources while iterating directory contents.
Since the new design is engine agnostic, removed HandBrake from the class names.
